As a clinical psychologist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential. In my practice, I look to build a strong and trusting rapport with clients. We are then able to work together on identifying potential sources of life stressors as well as strengths. Throughout that process, I assist clients in developing an understanding of longstanding behavior patterns or perceptions that may be holding them back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Clients are then able to identify and modify patterns of behavior in order to achieve their full potential personally, academically, and/or vocationally.
